Q. What is the delivery time for my order?

If ordered before 2 p.m., it will be delivered the next working day (in 90% of cases). If ordered after 2 pm, it will be delivered within 2 working days.

Q. Do I have to pay shipping costs?

No shipping costs are charged, regardless of the order amount.

Q. Can I return free of charge?

Costs for return shipments are in principle for your own account. In case of incorrect deliveries, we often reimburse the return costs incurred by the customer and credit them together with the order.

Q. How can I return my order?

Returns are very easy. Fill in the return form which can be found on our website under return procedure and return it together with the product you want to return. Make sure that an address sticker is no longer visible on the packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Q. How do I use my coupon code?

When registering for our newsletter you will receive a discount code by email. We also regularly communicate coupon codes via the newsletter. Use a code as follows:

  1. Place everything you want to order in the shopping cart
  2. Proceed to checkout and complete steps 1 to 3
  3. At "Check your order", click the "+ -" behind Coupon code
  4. Enter the code and click on "Use coupon"
The discount is immediately visible. 1 code can be used per order.

Q. Shouldn't keys be delivered with my suitcase with TSA combination lock?

Keys are not included with a TSA lock. The lock works as a combination lock for you. Only customs have a key to open the lock without having to force it.

Q. How can I see if an item is in stock?

With each product it is indicated whether it is in stock and can therefore be shipped the same day or whether there is a longer delivery time on the article. If an item has a longer delivery time, you can order it and we will inform you by email about the exact delivery date.

Q. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

That is possible. During the ordering procedure you can enter a different delivery address.

Q. Do the prices on the website include VAT?

Yes, all prices in our webshop are shown including VAT.

Q. What kind of warranty does CasesandBoxes offer?

Casesandboxes stands for service and quality. Articles you buy from us therefore have a full manufacturer's warranty. In addition, the legal warranty applies, which means that you must receive a proper product and be able to use the product properly for a reasonable period of time. With the specifications of each product we indicate how many years of factory warranty is given on the item. This manufacturer's warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.
