Returns information

There could be different reasons why you want to return your product(s):

  1. The product is defect on arrival
  2. The product is defect after use in the warranty period
  3. A wrong product has been delivered
  4. You ordered the wrong product or you want to abandon your purchase

Below you can read the conditions for returning your product per situation.

1. The product is defect on arrival

Of course the shipping cost to CasesandBoxes will be reimbursed.

What do you have to do?:

  • Contact us at info@casesandboxes.co.uk to get your RMA number and the RMA-form.
  • Ship the products complete and in the original packaging to us within 14 days after RMA approval
  • Fill out our RMA-form and attach to your return shipment (unfortunately we cannot process RMA-forms that have been filled out incompletely)
  • Send a copy of the invoice along with your return shipment

2. The product is defect after use in the warranty period

With a defect product in this paragraph we mean a product that became defective after use. 

What do you have to do?:

  • Contact us at info@casesandboxes.co.uk to get your RMA number and the RMA-form
  • Ship the products complete and in the original packaging to us
  • Fill out our RMA-form and attach to your return shipment (unfortunately we cannot process RMA-forms that have been filled out incompletely)
  • Send a copy of the invoice along with your return shipment
  • For a defect within 6 months after purchase the shipping cost will be reimbursed, otherwise shipping cost to CasesandBoxes are for your own account
  • Parts that need to be replaced will be delivered subsequently, you need to fill this out on the RMA-form. Parts that can be replaced are:
    • Locks
    • Handles
    • Wheels

3. A wrong product has been delivered by CasesandBoxes

Of course these products can always be returned to CasesandBoxes. Before you ship the product back please contact our sales department via info@casesandboxes.co.uk to check and make sure you get the right product.

The return shipment cost will be paid by CasesandBoxes, but you need to frank the package sufficiently when sending it. We will reimburse the cost to you on your bank account number.

  • Ship the products complete and in the original packaging to us
  • Fill out our RMA-form and attach to your return shipment (unfortunately we cannot process RMA-forms that have been filled out incompletely)
  • Send a copy of the invoice along with your return shipment

4. You ordered the wrong product or you want to abandon your purchase

We want you to be satisfied at CasesandBoxes. Did you unfortunately order the wrong product or want to abandon your purchase, you can return your product to us within 14 days.

What do you have to do?:

  • Contact us at info@casesandboxes.co.uk to get your RMA number
  • Ship the products complete and in the original packaging to us
  • Fill out our RMA-form and attach to your return shipment (unfortunately we cannot process RMA-forms that have been filled out incompletely)
  • Send a copy of the invoice along with your return shipment
  • The shipping cost for the return are for your own account

Transport damage

NEVER accept a damaged package. Did you do this anyway and the product appears to be damaged then you have to contact us within 24 hours after receipt (info@casesandboxes.co.uk)
